今年最後の坐禅。
四月に羯諦寺さんを訪問して、
身体を通して自分（世界）と出会い直す。また途上の途上だけど。
今日の沈みゆく夕日の中での坐禅、
もう一つの大きな出来事はエッセイをウェブ媒体ではあるが地方紙で書かせていただいたことだ。そこにはデスクのチェックが入るし、もっと他者に向かって開かれたものである。ブログに書くこととは負荷がまるで違った。そして〈書く〉ということがこんなにも〈生きる〉ことや〈救い〉につながるものだとは思わなかったし、同時に〈読む〉ことにも深みが増してきたのは望外の喜び。書かなければ、読むことも半分しか分からない。
そして今年は大人向けの哲学対話では、大分大学で2回、玖珠町立学びの多様化学校でも先生向けの研修と子どもたちと2回、UEMURA BREADさんでは7回も、こども哲学もいろんな場所で、別府鉄輪朝

Last zazen of the year. Perhaps the biggest revolution of the year was when I visited Gyateiji Temple in April and encountered zazen.
Re-encounter myself (the world) through my body. I'm still on the way, though.
Though zazen without thinking and philosophical dialogue with thinking are completely opposites, I feel that they are very close, but I have yet to express them in words.
This year, we were able to hold philosophy dialogues for adults, philosophy classes for children, and book clubs in many different places, and most importantly, I was able to meet many people. Thank you to everyone who has been involved with me.
We hope to see you again next year. I wish you a happy new year.

Today, as I sat in zazen in the setting sun, I went from a colorful world with other Zen practitioners to a completely white and black silhouette, transitioning into suspended animation (the sky). However, this itself is my own meaning and coloring, so I have to remove it even further.
Another big event was that I had the opportunity to write an essay for a local newspaper, albeit on the web. There's a desk check there, and it's more open to others. The workload was completely different from writing on a this blog. I never thought that ``writing'' could be so connected to ``living'' and ``salvation,'' and at the same time, it was an unexpected joy to see that ``reading'' became more profound. If you don't write, you'll only know half of what you read.
This year, we were able to hold philosophy dialogues for adults, philosophy classes for children, and book clubs in many different places, and most importantly, I was able to meet many people. Thank you to everyone who has been involved with me.
